Rovala Settlement is part of a global Settlement movement, which operation is based on the charity. Movement has a focus on Christian values, but the movement is not committed to any religious group.
Rovala Settlement has served as a bridge from one person to another since 1923. Our core values are the individual respect, faith in development opportunities, acceptance of diversity, the promotion of equality, a commitment to help the disadvantaged people and the confidence in humans and in humans’ ability to solve their own problems independently.
Rovala Settlement develops and implements services that are coming from the needs of society. Areas of operation include liberal adult education and other training, work with seniors, child and youth work, and other functions which support settlement work.
The mission will be achieved through the promotion of human and social equality, humanity and international interaction.
